The professional will be accountable for: - Closely working with the Chairman, developing the vision, mission and strategy of the company and leading the execution
- Having full business planning, budgeting and P/L responsibility
- Ensuring the achieving of profitable growth and other financial targets in accordance with set short and long-term objectives
- Orchestrating the whole operations with hands-on approach (overseeing building sites via managing site/project managers, taking active role in preparing progress payments), leading sales and business development of new projects (domestic and abroad)
- As the representative of the company, managing key external stakeholder relations
- Finding and developing the right talents for the organization, giving coaching and mentoring The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree from engineering (preferably civil engineering), master degree is a plus
- Minimum 15-20 years of career with minimum 5 years of leadership background gained in construction/contracting market coupled with both site/project management and sales/business development experiences is a must
- Previous P&L management experience is a must
- Having value/solution offering skills, strong business acumen and commercial mindset
- Solid people management background
- Fluency in English is a must What's on Offer
