What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage team-level requirement elaboration and product design activities to support the delivery of products and services in regulated environments.
Work closely with Product Managers and Agile Teams to translate program-level Features into executable User Stories in preparation for release and Program Increment (PI) planning.
Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring a strong and consistent user experience.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design concepts and ensure the Voice of the Customer is clearly reflected in delivered solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, SMEs, and Architects to ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and design intent are clearly understood, prioritized, and delivered with quality.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Product Management, with demonstrated experience acting as a Product Owner or Proxy-PO
Proven expertise in user-centered design practices, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences and executable user stories
Fluency in English
Based in or able to work from Ankara, Türkiye (hybrid)
