    At this role, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and deliver a sales target in Turkey across the BMS & Controls portfolio.

    How you will do it

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our BMS solutions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BMS market
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate BMS solutions
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client specifications
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to clients
    • Negotiate and close sales agreements in line with company objectives
    • Provide post-sales support, including system commissioning and troubleshooting
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to enhance our product offerings

    What we look for

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS sales
    • Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems and controls
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Fluency in English
