Job summary
We are looking for an AMOS Competence Center Engineer who will be good team member and willing to work at SunExpress Antalya Apron.Responsibilities:
Act as focal responsible for supporting the ongoing operation of the ACC (AMOS Competence Center), Develop/Improve business processes and procedures to ensure the ACC can support day-to-day operations,Contact the IT department and Swiss-AS on system infrastructure for next-level support.
- Provide Maintenance & Engineering Software Training to end users or other trainers,
- Provide 1st level support to end-users; Software release/upgrade management,
- Support change management and system development and enhancement,
