Turkcell'de Senior SOC CORE Network Professional rolü, mobil ve sabit servislerin core sistemleri ile bu sistemlerin bulunduğu lokasyonlardaki enerji & iklimlendirme altyapı sistemlerinin 7x24 kesintisiz hizmet vermesini sağlamak amacıyla arıza izleme ve giderme faaliyetlerini yönetir.Sorumluluk alanında gerçekleşen yeni kurulum, değişim, dönüşüm ve operasyonel faaliyetlerin servislere etkisinin takip ve analiz süreçlerini yönetir,
Sorumluluk alanındaki sistemler için otomasyon, korelasyon ile izleme iyileştirici faaliyetler içinde bulunur,
Arızaların ilk müdahale ile çözümünü sağlamak, müşterinin hissettiği problemleri minimize ederek çözümler üretir,
Sorumuluk alanında gerçekleşen ve müşteriyi etkileyen problemlerde ilgili tüm iç & dış müşterilerin bilgilendirilmesini sağlar.
- Mühendislik fakültelerinin Haberleşme, Elektronik, Elektrik-Elektronik, Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
- Vardiyalı (7X24) çalışmaya elverişli,
- Mobil ve Sabit Şebeke Core Network,Roaming,Sanallaştırma altyapıları için bilgi sahibi olan ,
- Dijital teknolojilere hakim ,ve bu teknolojileri kullanarak yaratıcı çözümler üretebilen,
- Analitik düşünebilen ,software otomasyonu konusunda bilgi sahibi,(Veri Bilimi,RPA konularına ilgili) ,
