Job summary
We are looking for a Strategic Marketing & Growth Manager to join Boreas Teknoloji and take ownership of portfolio-level marketing, growth strategy, and go-to-market initiatives across our operational technology solutions.We aim to shape the market with our innovative projects and strong engineering infrastructure. This role enables sales growth through strategy, GTM, CRM development, and performance governance.
Responsibilities
- Market & Insights: Own market/industry/competitive analysis; drive segmentation and opportunity mapping; shape mid/long-term strategic marketing roadmaps.
- Portfolio Positioning & Product Marketing: Build positioning and value propositions across solution lines (Cooling, Critical Power, BMS, etc.)
- GTM & Launch: Lead integrated go-to-market and launch strategies for new/existing solutions
- Sales Alignment & Channel Growth: Co-create regional growth plans with sales leadership; build channel strategies to improve dealer/distributor performance
- Cleaner Experience > Design customer journey through CRM by improving lifecycle stages routing rules workflows ownership clarity dashboards/reporting KPI frameworks
