Job Description
- Conducts familiarization trips, house tours to potential clients
- Implements all policies, procedures of the hotel
- Handles all related tasks of the file which was handed over by Convention Sales team from handover date till group check out
- Assists the operational departments with a smooth flow of information received from client and makes sure the operation is a success
- Issues necessary amendment files promptly in order to notify operations departments when there is a change in the BEO
- Participates final billing process with accounting and front desk and makes sure that guest is charged correctly according to contract, BEOs and amendments
- Conducts post-event interview with the guest and gets feedback about their event at the hotel
Qualifications
- University Graduate (Tourism Management will be preferred)
- Internship or similar experience in 5* international business hotels would be an asset
- English (ability to interact and deal with foreign guests, agency representatives)
- Able to work in flexible hours
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
