Key Responsibilities

• To prepare and follow the instructions of all injection operations,
• To carry out automation and efficiency projects,
• Managing the team to which it is affiliated in accordance with the department given annually and individual goals,
• Taking an active part in digitalization processes,
• To follow the production planning and to make the necessary change requests,
• To make studies on energy costs and savings issues,
• To organize daily, weekly, monthly production reports,
• Taking an active role in all inspections,
• To carry out continuous monitoring of production and to provide the necessary coordination related to this,
• To make the necessary interventions to prevent sudden stops that may occur and to follow the escalation process.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of the Faculty of Engineering,
• Knowledgeable and sensitive about occupational and occupational health issues,
• Have ability to manage a team consisting of technical personnel and operator staff,
• Who has knowledge about Plastic Injection Molding Machine, Plastic Mold and Plastic raw materials and product quality,
• Have knowledge about Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electricity, Mechanics and TPM topics,
• Have knowledge about the principle of operation and maintenance of robot arms,
• Have knowledge about IATF 16949, P-FMEA, Control plan and 8D problem solving,
• Able to take initiative in the production process, create business priorities and be result-oriented,
• Have strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies,
• Candidates who know MS Office programs well.
