Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled
Proposal Manager
to join our
Industry & Automation
team and lead the preparation and coordination of proposals for national and international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
• 10 years of experience in proposal management for national and international projects
• Advanced proficiency in English (additional languages are plus)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
• Extensive experience in tender management and proposal coordination for industrial EPC projects
• Strong organizational, team management, and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage stress and time effectively
• Solution-oriented, patient, and collaborative approach

Job Description

• Manage proposal preparation and coordination for relevant projects, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits when necessary, and building a subcontractor-supplier pool
• Oversee developments related to industrial projects work proposals and ensure smooth coordination between company units (project management, archives, meetings, etc.)
• Prepare company introduction and pre-qualification files in collaboration with business development teams, presenting technical and financial capabilities
• Accurately reflect material prices, labor, overhead, and other cost calculations in surveys for price proposals and tenders
• Research innovations and best practices related to proposal management
• Complete assigned tasks on time and in a manner that optimizes labor, time, and material resources
• Achieve targets set during monthly meetings with senior management
