Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our core team and help us connect with companies that care about sustainability and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
- Generate Opportunities
– Identify new sales opportunities by using different channels and follow up with prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Qualify Leads
– Evaluate prospects to determine fit and readiness for sales conversations.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing
– Work closely with our team to align messaging and campaigns with prospect needs.
- Nurture Relationships
– Keep track of interactions and follow up regularly to move leads through the funnel.
- Track and Learn
– Use CRM tools to log outreach and improve with every iteration.
Maintain and expand the prospect database in our assigned segments.
What We're Looking For:
- University degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a customer-facing role
(preferably in B2B SaaS or tech)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal (Turkish & English)
- Proactive and resilient attitude — you're not afraid to reach out, follow up, and try new tactics
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Being natural around the phone
- Curious mindset — you research before you pitch and ask smart questions
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Bonus: interest in sustainability, climate tech, or making a positive impact on the world
