Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop supplier production and quality teams to ensure high performance in quality management system audits and delivery of safe and high-quality products.
• Maintain performance indicators to identify and escalate issues that may impact product safety or quality.
• Manage new product development and provide expert input on manufacturing control practices.
• Report and maintain quality IT tools and perform inspections to ensure supplier adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications in production manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related subject.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and 8D methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PDM/PLM systems.
• English language proficiency at a C1 level.
