System Administrator Job Description:
- Take responsibility for various IT systems SCCM Active Directory Exchange other messages systems Endpoint Security VDI etc.in a multiskilled approach.Design install configure test maintain IT systems system management tools.Manage monitor installed systems.Provide level support.Ensure highest level service availability production environment.Perform periodic performance reporting capacity planning.Maintain operational configurational procedures.Inventory documents.Liaise vendors IT personnel problem resolution.Provide consultancy solution design pre-sales service delivery.Communicate technical non-technical information technical support groups customer centers end-users require
