OBSS is looking for an
Art Director
to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.

Main Responsibilities

• Campaign, content, event and corporate communication projects' design development and execution processes taking an active role end-to-end
• Designing digital campaign visuals across multiple platforms
• Developing engaging social media creatives and visual storytelling assets
• Visualizing blog and marketing content in alignment with brand tone and strategy
• Designing email marketing campaigns and ensuring consistency across touchpoints
• Adapting campaign concepts into multi-channel outputs (digital and print)
• Contributing to creative concept development and idea generation processes
• Designing visual materials for events, including: Event logos and key visuals, booth and stand designs, brochures, catalogues and other printed materials
• Preparing corporate presentation decks and internal communication materials
• Supporting video and motion design projects where required
• Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards
• Contributing to the development and evolution of design systems

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Graphic Design or Art Direction roles
• Strong and well-curated portfolio demonstrating campaign and brand communication projects
• Proven experience in multi-channel production (digital, print and motion)
• Experience working on campaign-based or brand communication projects
• Strong typography, layout and composition skills
• Solid knowledge of digital and print production processes
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects or similar)
• Strong creative thinking and concept development ability
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Open to feedback and collaborative work environments
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
