Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Distributor Executive to join our Sales team in Çorum, Turkey.

About the Role

• Realize monthly volume & revenue targets by driving sales growth and increasing penetration of CCI products.
• Direct and support distributors to enhance execution quality, increase RED and SOVI scores, and develop strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute effective cooler management strategies, including placement, efficiency, and verification scores.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and convince customers to implement them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required (both speaking & writing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in the Food/Beverage industry.
• Willingness to relocate to Çorum.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead people.

Estimated Salary

₺60,000 - ₺80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
