Görüntüyü hikâyeye, kurguyu etkiye dönüştüren bir bakış arıyoruz. Fusha Creative olarak yerli ve global markalarımızın video içerik üretim süreçlerinde, çekim sonrası aşamayı sahiplenecek ve içerikleri yayına hazır hâle getirecek bir Post-Production Video Specialist ile proje bazlı iş birliği yapmak istiyoruz. Pozisyon tamamen uzaktan çalışma modelindedir.Aradığımız Profil:
Video kurgu ve post-production alanında minimum 5 yıl deneyimli,
Adobe Premiere ve After Effects başta olmak üzere kurgu ve motion araçlarına ileri seviyede hâkim,
Sosyal medya video formatlarında (Reels, Shorts, reklam cut'ları vb.) güçlü üretim deneyimine sahip,
Kurgu ritmi, hikâye anlatımı, tipografi ve motion kullanımı konusunda estetik bakış açısı olan,
Renk düzenleme, ses düzenleme ve temel post süreçlerini uçtan uca yönetebilen,
Yapay zekâ destekli video üretim ve hızlandırma araçlarına aşina,
Revize süreçlerini planlı ve sürdürülebilir şekilde yönetebilen,
Farklı markaların kreatif diline hızlı adapte olabilen.
Sorumluluklar:
Çekim ekipleri tarafından sağlanan ham görüntüler üzerinden video kurgularını oluşturmak,
Motion grafik, efekt, tipografi ve geçişlerle içerikleri zenginleştirmek,
Sosyal medya, reklam ve kampanya videoları için farklı format ve versiyonlar üretmek,
Markaların kreatif diline uygun video önerileri geliştirmek,
Revize süreçlerini proje ekipleriyle koordineli şekilde yürütmek,
Teslim takvimine uygun, yayınlanabilir çıktılar hazırlamak.
Çalışma Modeli:
Pozisyon uzaktan ve proje bazlıdır.
İş birlikleri proje kapsamına göre planlanır ve teslim/etap bazlı hakediş modeli ile ilerler.
Uyumlu bulunan adaylarla uzun dönemli freelance iş birlikleri hedeflenmektedir.
