Procurement Manager Beauty - Istanbul

Job Summary
This Procurement Manager role exists to partner with stakeholders across Business Unit teams to ensure procurement representation and strategy alignment.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in procurement or supply chain roles with senior stakeholder partnering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Becoming a strategic guru: understanding Business Group strategy & translating into material supplier strategy ,
- Being a dot connector: seeing end-to-end value chain & driving value creation for BU ,
- Becoming a commercial lead: understanding P&L E2E drive value & decisions within material cost ,
- Being a storyteller: using influencing skills to drive Procurement considerations within Division based on outside market intelligence
