Job summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager for our client, which operates internationally in the industrial sector that we are consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy.
  • Coordinate the activities of accounting, treasury, internal audit, and financial analysis.
  • Design and oversee the management control system of all departments, organizing the proper processing of data.
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies and identify financing alternatives.
  • Prepare management control reports to assist in decision-making for management.
  • Carry out the necessary accounting controls to ensure the reliability of management information.
  • Perform budgetary control and analysis in order to correct deviations.
  • Establish relationships and negotiations with financial entities and other suppliers.
  • Manage the economic resources necessary to achieve the company's objectives, optimizing financial flows
  • Analyze, define, and manage the company's investments.
  • Manage balance sheet operations.
  • Manage treasury, funding and relations with third parties: Banks, Auditors, Revenue Service, etc.
  • Manage audits in conjunction with local partners.
  • Supervise and validate the subsidiary's management control: planning, budget, reporting.
  • Contribute to the improvement or establishment of management information systems.
  • Carry out analysis of industrial and financial investments.
  • Supervise the internal administration and finance team and participate in the implementation of new rules and regulations.
  • Analysis of financial statements and deviation from budget
  • Supervise/record the activities of accounting, treasury, billing, collections, and payments.
  • Prepare the accurate information to carry out tax settlements, usually coordinating the advice of external firms. Ensure compliance with tax obligations
  • Design and implement financial management and control systems.
  • Keep all regulations regarding the administrative aspects of the company's departments up to date.
  • Supervise and control the completion and submission of Official Books to the competent authorities within the deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and group accounting policies
  • Responsible for reporting to the group in a timely manner
  • Qualifications

    • University academic training in one of the following areas: accounting, finance or administration, preferably with an MBA
    • Proficiency in the use of accounting software, ERP and tools such as Excel.
    • High level of knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and principles.
    • Previous experience of at least 3-5 years developing similar functions in the industrial sector.
