The Country Head is accountable for Logitech's overall business performance within Turkey with full P&L ownership This role provides end-to-end country leadership including direct oversight of Commercial and Marketing teams close orchestration with Operations and Supply Chain and strong alignment with Logitech's regional and global strategies The Country Head represents Logitech with external stakeholders safeguards the company's brand and reputation in-market drives sustainable growth through strategic planning market execution and talent developmentResponsibilities
- Develop manage and execute Logitech's annual operating plans for Turkey
- Deliver revenue growth profitability and market share objectives
- Design implement go-to-market strategies that balance scale margin long-term brand health
