We are seeking an experienced Supplier Coordinator with strong Russian language skills to support supplier development and market intelligence activities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new suppliers in agro commodity markets (grains, oilseeds, feed commodities, etc.).
- Gather, analyze, and compare price indications, freight levels, and market data.
- Maintain and expand supplier network, particularly in Russian-speaking regions.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and support contract execution.
- Monitor global supply-demand dynamics, crop developments, and trade flows.
- Collaborate closely with internal trading, logistics, and risk management teams.
- Prepare regular market reports and pricing updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in agricultural commodity trading (physical markets preferred).
- Fluent Russian (mandatory) and very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to gather accurate market intelligence and assess supplier credibility.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Working permit in Türkiye (mandatory).
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing supplier network in CIS or Black Sea region.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, GAFTA/FOSFA contracts, and international trade documentation.
- Understanding of logistics, freight markets, and risk management practices.
