Job summary
We are looking to recruit a design engineer with responsibility for carrying out temporary works schemes and associated design reports with scheme drawings.- Undertake the design of concrete structures groundwork and formwork systems These would include crane base deep basement propping structural stability of concrete elements in the temporary state slipform construction analysis crane grillage design slab capacity checks formwork checks
- Produce workshop drawings for concrete structures groundwork support and formwork support systems Value engineering
- Evaluate Revit projects and families for integration to other software packages according to job specific programmes Virtual construction of surrounding infrastructure and detailed areas for logistic purposes Produce 3D construction sequences for tender purposes using Revit Produce tender presentation documentation Liaise with clients and all members of the engineering team
