We are looking for a ''Finance Director'' for our partner which is operating fmcg sector.

Preparation of monthly financial planning analysis.
Develop and lead company's financial strategies.
Preparation of budgets and quarterly forecasts explaining deviations vs actuals.
Ensures internal control and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage the accounting, tax and treasury functions.
Controls revenue recognition process according to company guidelines.
Active involvement in month end closing, plan forecast process including the variance analysis by comparing the budget and actual.
Working closely with sales team operations.

qualifications

University degree,
Minimum 8 years sound planning experience (control experience in addition to planning knowledge is preferred), FMCG is a plus,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (excel, word, PowerPoint) as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP,
Good communication and presentation skills,
Highly analytical, Problem-Solving, Seeing big picture,
Very high impact influence and leadership skills.
