    Azeus Systems Limited seeks a Business Development Manager to expand our sales force for Azeus Convene, a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Convene has received recognition from global institutions and has expanded our client base exponentially across 100 countries.

    We require an individual with hands-on sales execution skills, including marketing requirements. The role involves building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day sales execution, including marketing requirements
    • Build key customer relationships and negotiate business deals
    • Manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations and bid preparation
    • Follow-up customer training and product implementation
    • Daily interaction with clients, partners, and Azeus personnel is required

    Key Activities:

    • Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline through CRM management
    • Pursue sales leads and prospective clients within the CRM
    • Attend trade shows as required
    • Deliver customer presentations and proposals
    • Maintain awareness of legislation and best practice

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrable sales experience
    • Experience in demonstrating products to corporate executives
    • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders

    Preferred Requirements:

    • MBA or degree-level education
    • At least 3 years of experience in selling software/technology to corporate executives
    • Experience in selling services/products to listed companies and BSFI
    • Background in board management solutions is an asset
    • Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, Cloud SAAS
    • Must be willing and able to travel to assigned locations
    • Fluency in English is required

    The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
