We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst to join our team in Antalya. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of SAP HCM modules, hands-on project experience, and strong analytical thinking skills.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective HR processes and continuous improvement within our SAP landscape.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Analyst or Consultant
Experience in at least one SAP HCM project (implementation, rollout, or major enhancement)
Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM best practices
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Good command of English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP HCM
Support and enhance SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, TM, PY, ESS/MSS)
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and improvement projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end HR process alignment
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
Prepare documentation, functional designs, and test scenarios
Conduct UAT sessions and provide training to end users

Nice to Have

ABAP debugging knowledge
Experience in HR digital transformation projects
