Bu pozisyonda aradığımız kişi reklam operasyonu yürüten değil platform algoritmalarını anlayan kreatif stratejiyi yöneten ve performans sonuçlarından sorumlu profesyonel olacaktır.
Bu rol Meta'nın Andromeda güncellemesi sonrası oluşan kreatif-merkezli performans yaklaşımına hâkim video ve grafik ekiplerini brief verecek olan adaylar için tasarlanmıştır.
Pozisyonun Amacı
Creative Performance Lead rolünün temel amacı Meta Tik Tok YouTube Pinterest reklam mecralarında kreatif odaklı performans stratejileri geliştirerek sürdürülebilir satış büyümesi sağlamaktır.
