Founded in 2004, YEO is one of Türkiye's leading companies providing engineering, technology, manufacturing, and renewable energy solutions in the energy sector.

With our strong manufacturing infrastructure and engineering expertise, we deliver design, engineering, production, installation, maintenance, and operation services for solar and wind power plants, biogas and biomass facilities, floating solar systems, energy storage systems (BESS), and digital energy technologies.
Through our REAPG facility in Tuzla, we continue strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing, increasing our production capacity in energy storage systems.
To date, we have successfully completed over 400 projects in more than 40 countries. Our organization consists of over 700 employees, including more than 200 engineers and nearly 100 women employees.With our headquarters, field operations, and strong production facilities, we contribute to sustainability goals both in Türkiye and global markets.
As YEO Teknoloji Enerji ve Endüstri A.Ş., we are seeking a COO (Chief Operating Officer) who will lead our end‑to‑end operational processes, drive operational excellence, and elevate our growth strategies.
Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale organizations
Experience in energy, industrial facilities, engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or contracting sectors is preferred
Strong knowledge of operational process optimization, organizational efficiency, quality, and performance management
Proficiency in process management, lean operations, and operational excellence
Strong financial literacy and proven experience in budget management
Strategic mindset and strong leadership capabilities
Experience with automation, self‑service systems, and AI‑supported business solutions
Experience coordinating digitalization and automation projects across multiple departments
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making abilities
Advanced proficiency in English
No restrictions for domestic or international travel
Job Description
Managing all operational processes of the company end‑to‑end
Creating the operational roadmap aligned with strategic goals
Implementing strategic plans, monitoring performance, and executing improvement actions
Ensuring effective coordination among project, engineering, procurement, logistics, and field teams
Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and leading process improvement initiatives
Conducting feasibility studies and cost‑benefit analyses for new processes and business models
Ensuring budget alignment and monitoring KPIs with a strategic perspective
Conducting risk analysis and ensuring compliance with process safety and quality standards
Providing regular reports to top management
Managing organizational development, team leadership, and employee engagement processes
