    We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Insider, a B2B SaaS company that drives growth for its clients around the world.

    As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with our partners, monitoring their adoption process, and providing them with on-time and around-the-clock insights and solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage overall partner relationships
    • Monitor and facilitate partner adoption of our technology
    • Establish trusted adviser relationships to ensure partner satisfaction
    • Provide proactive insights and solutions to partners
    • Liaise with internal teams to improve partner outcomes and technology performance
    • Design chatbots to meet partner needs and goals
    • Prioritize and drive resolution of escalated partner issues
    • Act as liaison between product management and partners

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 4 years experience in customer-oriented positions, prior SaaS experience a plus
    • Strong business acumen and collaboration skills
    • Solid communication and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and tech-savvy individual with new solution ideas
    • Go-getter attitude with project management skills
    • Ability to analyze chatbot data and identify areas for improvement
    • Care and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Native Turkish speaker with advanced English skills
