Since 2013: I have been managing the technical service of approximately 300 stores in more than 15 countries (Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, etc.). I build local teams in these countries, negotiate contracts with talented local companies and manage them.
I have experience in technical service management, project leadership, procurement and process development, and have established a strong track record in managing large-scale maintenance operations in multiple countries.
I am currently the International Mechanical and Electrical Manager at Nivak Group, managing maintenance, breakdowns and renovations for a variety of technical systems including elevators, HVAC, electrical panels, lighting and fire safety equipment. My expertise lies in coordinating multinational teams, optimizing workflows and developing strategies that comply with local regulations and industry best practices. Furthermore, my background in procurement, tendering and risk management allows me to create cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service quality.
My educational background is based on an international perspective; I received my high school education with Canadian, American, and Scottish educators, and then graduated from a global university in Cyprus. This foundation shaped my ability to work in multicultural environments, manage diverse teams, and adapt to different business cultures.

With the best management of this team and subcontractors, I ensure that the malfunctions in the stores (at least 100 per month) are resolved as quickly as possible with my team. In head office, I organize and manage preventive maintenance and infrastructure improvement works together with my engineer staff .I have been in this sector for many years; I have a global corporate archive and important contacts. Since I manage people in more than 15 countries and visit countries frequently, I have the ability to adapt to cultural differences and establish relationships. I can say that I am an expert in management and global communication. I know the market risks, market opportunities and market gaps in the global arena.
