Responsibilities:

• Greet, Welcome, register and assign rooms to an individual guest, groups, convention, seminars and all guests upon their arrivals.

• Handles cash, foreign currency, accepted credit cards, paid out and rebates.

• Handles new reservations, amendments, cancellation, confirmation, check-in time and check-out.

• Ensures that all city ledger reservations are properly routed according to the billing instructions.

• Monitoring a strict implementation of the Hotel policy and procedures pertaining to credit cards

Acceptance and relevant limits plus approval as well as travel agents voucher

• Monitoring/Updating all guest/check out folios on city ledger for reconfirmation of billing instructions.

• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts manually or using computer.

• Coordinate with the housekeeping or engineering regarding guest request, scheduled activities, special and personal needs.

• Coordinate with the floor supervisor to determine any consumption/loss or damages for immediate      reimbursement.
