- Managing Exchange Server configurations for faculty and staff mailboxes  
- Configuring and maintaining SafeQ print server systems (Konica Minolta)

I hold an Associate Degree in Information Security Technologies from Selçuk University, where I gained a strong foundation in cybersecurity, network systems, and IT infrastructure. Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems to deepen my knowledge in business-oriented IT solutions and system integration.
