Payroll Specialist - İzmir

Job summary
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all hotel employees ensuring timely and accurate salary payments verify the accuracy of attendance timekeeping and other related records before processing payroll ensure compliance with local labor laws social security tax and other statutory requirements maintain and update employee payroll data including new hires transfers promotions and terminations review and approve payroll journals reports and reconciliations before posting to the general ledger coordinate with the Finance and Human Resources departments to ensure payroll data integrity alignment with HR policies handle inquiries resolve payrolrelated issues from employees promptly professionally prepare monthly quarterly annual payrolreports management regulatory bodies oversee calculation payment bonuses incentives overtime compensationrelated items support audits providing payrol documentation reconciliations when required maintain strict confidentiality of payrol employee information stay up date changes in payrol regulations recommend process improvements greater accuracy efficiency ensures accurate preparation timely submission Withholding Tax Return Muhtasar Declaration legal requirements.
