    As a Field Sales Executive at our esteemed Coca-Cola bottler company in Türkiye, you will be a key player in driving our brand's success across diverse channels, including On-Premise, traditional, and modern outlets. Your dynamic role will involve engaging with a wide range of clients, ensuring our products thrive in various market segments. Join us in this exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in every corner of the market

    Main Responsibilities

    • Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
    • Following up and directing the team to increase the penetration of CCI products
    • Enhancing the quality of execution by increasing RED and SOVI scores
    • Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
    • Supporting distributors and the team to develop the competencies
    • Visiting specified customers in his/her region/channel regularly
    • Developing sales and execute customer engagement based on before and after sales services
    • Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
    • Identifying the execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
    • Providing all the necessary sales, execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers
    • Effective cooler management (placement, efficiency, and verification scores)
    • Coordinating the audit team and distributor's compliance to CCI standards with SSS & ASM

    Capabilities

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
    • Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred)
    • No travel restriction
    • Driver's license (Class B)
    • Willing to locate in İstanbul
    • Demonstrated ability to lead people
    • Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e., CCSD, Customer, Field
    • Had experience in managing Field Sales team
