- People & Culture Strategy & Planning - Actively participating in the formulation and execution of the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) strategy of the market based on, business strategy and global People & Culture (P&C) priorities.
- Capability Building Initiatives – Participating in the design and delivery of solutions, providing insights and develops/ delivering workshops, training to audience for agreed programs
- Talent Management – Supporting the coordination of Talent Review & Performance Management processes in the market.
- People Analytics - Providing analysis and recommendations on organizational matters to generate insights, identify trends on KPIs & co-formulate the market ITM priorities.
- Project Management – Taking role in P&C projects ensuring successful delivery, resource management and effective communication
- Hold a university degree
- Have min 2-3 years work experience in P&C, HR, OD or ITM in a multinational or a reputable local organization.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Have experience in working with external vendors, in delivering training and had exposure to several areas of ITM (Capability building, Change Management, Leadership and Talent Development).
- Have the ability to work independently and engage with multi-stakeholders within a team
- Have strong conceptual thinking ability to connect the dots and entrepreneurship to deploy ideas
- Have excellent command of communication, presentation and facilitation
