Açıklama
We are looking for a "Junior Product Manager" for our client operating in the pharmaceutical industry which specializes in treatments for rare diseases.
To support and monitor the determination of the brand strategy for the product and activities to be carried out in line with the determined strategiesTo manage and monitor marketing plans in close collaboration with teams from other business units
To research market opportunities and design strategies and tactics to achieve product objectives
To collaborate with the Sales Team to implement innovative projects and advance their brands
To work closely with thought leaders and Healthcare Professionals
To identify potential threats and opportunities to increase advantageous market position
To participate in improving product messages and materials for sales presentations, as well as supporting segmentation, targeting, and positioning
To ensure that every marketing project complies with all applicable regulations and is executed appropriately
To manage the budget for the responsible product in collaboration with the Product Manager
To monitor IMS data and support the Product Manager in market share analysis
To maintain continuous communication and collaboration with the Global Marketing Team
To inform and prepare presentations for the local and global team in collaboration with the Product Manager regarding the creation of the brand plan and the monitoring of the strategies therein
qualifications
Bachelor's degree. (in business, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, etc.)
Proficiency in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. (healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, etc.)
Familiarity with Hematology/Rheumatology areas. (preferred)
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for product portfolios.
Strong analytical skills and numerical abilities.
Familiarity with project development and budgeting processes and experience in managing them.
Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to multitask and prepare tasks within tight deadlines.
Stress management skills.
Knowledge of product launches and development of marketing strategies.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Positive attitude and clear communication.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
